What we collect
- Details you send through our forms or email: name, email, company, project information.
- Booking details when you schedule a call through our booking tool.
- Anonymous usage statistics, only if you accept analytics.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare proposals and deliver projects (contract or pre-contract steps), and to understand which pages are useful (consent). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Trusted processors that help us run the studio: e.g. Webflow/Framer hosting, Cal.com, Google Workspace, Stripe. Some are based outside the EU/UK; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict processing. EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We only use essential storage by default. Analytics run only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
