Is it really unlimited requests?

Yes, you can add as many requests as you like. We work on one at a time (two on Studio Pro), so bigger queues simply take longer. Most clients find one active request keeps their team busy reviewing.

What counts as one request?

A single, reviewable piece of work: a landing page, a set of social templates, a product flow. Large items like a full brand identity are split into several requests that we deliver in sequence.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause anytime and the unused days roll over to when you resume, within 3 months.

Do you offer refunds?

If you’re not happy within the first 7 days of a new subscription, we’ll refund the unused portion. Sprints are refundable before work starts.

Which currencies do you accept?

We invoice in USD by default, with EUR and GBP available on request.
