We offer two ways to work with us: a monthly design subscription and fixed-scope sprints. Clients often ask which one is better. The honest answer is that it depends on the shape of your work, not on which is cheaper.
Choose a fixed sprint when…
- You need one clearly defined deliverable, like a logo, a landing page or a set of MVP screens.
- Your budget is approved per project and needs a fixed number.
- You don’t expect a steady flow of design work afterwards.
A sprint has a fixed scope, a fixed price and a timeline measured in days. You still get a result every working day; the difference is that the work ends when the deliverable is approved.
Choose a subscription when…
- You have a backlog: new pages, product features, ads, decks, and they keep coming.
- Priorities shift often and you don’t want to re-scope and re-quote every time.
- You want a senior design partner who already knows your brand and product.
With a subscription, you add requests to a shared board and we work through them one at a time. You can reorder the queue whenever priorities change, pause when things go quiet, and cancel anytime.
A simple test
Write down every design task you expect in the next three months. If the list has one item, start with a sprint. If it has five or more, a subscription will almost always cost less and move faster.
Still not sure?
Many clients start with a sprint, see how we work, then move to a subscription. Book a free intro call and we’ll recommend the option that fits, even if that means the smaller one.
